Challenge
Upskill through hands-on learning.
Completing your first Challenge
Experlio Challenges are hands-on learning experiences created by our Mentors to help you upskill fast.
Navigate to the Challenge
To navigate to an Experlio learning Challenge you will find the link posted in the Community Spaces page, or by clicking the Learning button under My Learning on the Dashboard page.

Read the Challenge instructions
Once you have navigated to the learning Challenge page, read the instructions to get an idea of the skills, requirements, and learning objectives of the Challenge.

Watch the video learning instructions
Once you have read the challenge introduction, watch the attached video.
In the video, the Mentor will use their knowledge and experience to provide you with the context you need to successfully complete their hands-on Challenge.
Each video is about 15 minutes long and can be watched as many times as you like.

Download any Challenge assets
Once you have watched the Challenge video and are ready to begin completing the Challenge, don’t forget to download any associated Challenge assets or information the Mentor has provided you with.
These assets are designed to assist you with your work and may even be crucial to you completing a Challenge successfully.
Complete the Challenge
You are now ready to complete the Challenge!
Follow any written, video, and asset instructions the Mentor has given and don’t forget to pay attention to specific submission requirements they have asked for.
When completing a Challenge it’s important to work to the best of your ability.
Remember, if there is anything you can’t do, doing it as well as you can, is better than not doing it at all. Experlio is a safe learning space. As such, there is only learning, never failure.
Submit your work
Use the Submit button on the Challenge page to submit your work.
Remember, most Challenges have a time limit and submission due date.
Ensure you submit your Challenge before this time to be eligible to receive feedback from the Experlio Mentor regarding your submission.
Get feedback
Check back in to the Community Spaces page a few days after submitting your work to get feedback from the Mentor regarding your submission.
You may be able to ask questions and interact with the Mentor and other Creatives regarding their submissions as well.
Book a Mentoring Session
Once the Mentor has given their feedback in the Creative Spaces pages, you will be able to book a one-on-one Mentoring Session with them if you desire.
Use the posted calendly link to book your session.
